Why is my product so heavy?
In International shipping, the logistics company charges based on whichever is greater — the actual weight or the volumetric (dimensional) weight.
When your items arrive at our warehouse, our inspection team measures both the actual and volumetric weight, and the system records the higher one for shipping purposes.

When will the goods arrive?
Stock preparation usually takes 2 to 5 days.
After the warehouse ships the goods, it takes 2 to 35 days depending on different logistics ways.
How to check the logistics information?
Log in to 17track.com to check your logistics tracking. Delivery times may vary due to national tariff policies, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
For orders shipped by sea, the order cannot be tracked during sea shipping.After the package is sent, take 15-35 days to reach your country’s port. Once the local courier picks it up, you can track ingit on 17track.com.
Which countries support delivery services?
Logistics services are available for all USA and 80% of Africa countries. Logistics in South America is not yet well-developed.
We support shipping to the warehouse of the Chinese freight forwarder designated by the customer.
What should I do if my area doesn’t support delivery?
There are two steps:
- After you place the order, the goods will be sent to our warehouse first. We will conduct quality inspection and provide you with real product photos. Once you confirm, we will pack and send the goods to your freight forwarder. The shipping fee needs to be paid by the customer.
- When placing the order, you can fill in the freight forwarder’s address, and the goods will be sent directly to the freight forwarder.
