Due to the specificity of international transportation, you are required to adhere to international parcel shipping regulations. Please carefully read and accept the following terms and conditions.

Parcel Shipping Compensation Standards

If your products are lost, short, damaged, delayed, or detained by customs during the shipping process due to reasons beyond 1688 Order’s control, 1688 Order is not liable for compensation. We are also not liable for any indirect or unrealized losses.

Exclusions from Compensation Responsibility (Uninsured)

1. Loss of mail due to force majeure such as natural disasters or customs issues will not be compensated.

2. Items that are confiscated or handled according to relevant regulations due to being prohibited or restricted for mailing are not eligible for compensation.

3. No compensation for items missing or damaged inside a parcel that is intact and unaltered from the outside and has not lost weight.

4. No compensation for parcels that are not properly delivered as per tracking and are confirmed by the logistics provider to have been confiscated by customs.

5. No compensation for mail loss or shortages caused by the customer’s fault or the nature of the mailed items.

6. No compensation for claims not made within the claim period starting from the date the mail was posted.

7. No compensation for international mail detained, confiscated, or destroyed in accordance with the domestic laws of the destination country.

Prohibited Items

Adhere to national regulations regarding items that are prohibited and restricted from mailing:

1. Observe the notices issued by the State Post Bureau, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of State Security on the “Regulations on Prohibited Items in Mail”.

2. Observe Order No. 43 issued by the General Administration of Customs (List of Items Prohibited or Restricted from Import and Export in the People’s Republic of China).

Items Prohibited from Mailing

1. Items prohibited by national laws and regulations from circulation or mailing.

2. Explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, and toxic materials.

3. Reactionary newspapers, books, windows, or obscene items.

4. Various currencies.

5. Items that can harm public health.

6. Perishable items.

7. Live animals (except bees, silkworms, and leeches, provided the packaging ensures safe delivery and worker safety).

8. Items improperly packaged that could endanger personal safety, contaminate or damage other mail or postal equipment.

9. Other items not suitable for postal conditions.

Postal Customs Prohibitions

1. Items that due to their nature or packaging may harm postal workers or damage mail or postal equipment.

2. Items sealed with metal clasps or other sharp-edged enclosures that could interfere with mail handling.

3. Various firearms, ammunition, explosive materials, flammable items, corrosive substances, radioactive elements and containers, potent poisons, narcotics, biochemical products, and infectious substances.

4. Various publications, propaganda materials, printed matter, etc., that are harmful to social security and stability or are obscene.

5. Various items that harm public health.

6. Documents or items prohibited from entry or circulation by the recipient country.

7. In addition to the general provisions above, relevant regulations from the customs authorities must also be followed.
