2) If the goods or packaging do not meet the requirements of transportation and air transportation, we will make a special mark on the order and communicate with you.
3) If you have not found the receipt information of the warehouse within a reasonable domestic delivery time (the general domestic delivery cycle is 3-5 days), please contact your sender/domestic logistics company or website customer service staff to confirm the status of the goods.
4) We will check and inspect the quantity, color, size and other specification information of the goods, and remove the original express box after the inspection is completed, and use the 1688Order ziplock bag to package the goods and arrange warehousing. (Fragile, easy to break, the express box acts as a commodity packaging box, and there are oversized goods and other throwing to keep the original box, the specific situation is subject to the actual operation)

You can use our China warehouse for free for 30 days starting from the “In stock” status. This allows you to consolidate multiple product shipments and save on shipping costs. After 30 days, press :

● For non-affiliated logistics partners: The warehouse is free for 3 days after storage; overdue storage incurs a fee of 50 yuan/day. After 15 days without action, goods are deemed abandoned. Only courier delivery is allowed, with fees based on actual costs. Door-to-door pickup is not supported.
